Sparthenian Consulting was founded on January 1, 2021, but it has been 15 years in the making. We are working diligently to fill a market void for a customizable consulting service that focuses on a holistic approach targeting categories based on your career, family/tribe, physical health, and spiritual growth.
The initial idea was developed by watching US Military team members interact with one another in a direct, firm, but loving and supportive manner. This experience crystalized the realization that there are many who need difficult training and challenging development mixed with a high level of one-on-one support to help reach their true potential.
